2019 summer vacation: Day thirteen - From Jasper to Lake Louise
Ladies and gentlemen!
The thirteenth day of my epic summer vacation was certainly one of the most beautiful days. Despite heavy clouds, I discovered plenty of wonderful landscapes in British Columbia and Alberta. This is the only day of my trip that I partially spent in beautiful British Columbia. I'm looking forward to returning to this magnificent province soon. Jasper National Park of Canada in Alberta might be the most beautiful park in all of Canada with its stunning glaciers, lakes and mountains. I started traveling early in the morning and only arrived in Lake Louise very late. I really enjoyed my day and saw many beautiful things. Lake Louise however is an overtly expensive little town crowded with tourists from all around the world. There are two hotels, the more modest one offers rooms that cost about five hundred dollars a night while the more elegant one asks for about one thousand dollars per night. Even drinks and foods are very expensive. Buying a bottle of soda and two chocolate bars costs about twenty dollars in the local supermarket. I certainly enjoyed my stay in Lake Louise but tend to think it's heavily overpriced.
