Ladies and gentlemen!
On the eleventh day of my epic summer vacation, I decided to stay in Edmonton and visit this impressive city. While most people prefer Calgary over Edmonton, it's actually the other way around for me. This city is more diversified culturally, hotels are much more affordable and cowboy culture isn't omnipresent here. Edmonton has Canada's biggest shopping mall, numerous historic buildings and an impressive number of beautiful parks. Public transit is absolutely outstanding and available for very fair prices. Even though I was able to visit many places that day, several museum and parks I wanted to visit were closed due to renovations last summer. I certainly hope I will return to Edmonton in the future and visit the places I couldn't see last summer.
