What an outstanding day for my favourite sports teams! The Ottawa Senators have got their first shootout of the season in Montreal against the Canadiens. The match wasn't beautiful to watch but the young players convinced with dedication, grit and resilience to win against a seeming superior opponent. Goaltender Matt Murray had his best game of the season. Shane Pinto got his first point in his first NHL match. Even though this season has been a difficult one for the Ottawa Senators, their future looks bright and I can't wait to attend their games again once the pandemic will finally be over.
